Genesis group of companies consist of experienced players in the field of Information, Communications and Telecommunications (ICT).
Genesis group of companies have contributed their expertise for Network Service Provider (NSP), Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Application Service Provider (ASP) players in their respective ICT field for Telcos such as of Telekom Malaysia Berhad.
The Genesis group in making a blueprint and also planning to provide backbone network services which comprises larger transmission line carrying gathered data interconnected between a smaller transmission lines by using submarine fiber optic cable technologies and high technology data centers creating an International Gateway system to provide larger internet bandwidth for Indonesia.
The Genesis group are currently partnering with ICON+ Indonesia, a subsidiary company of Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Indonesia in increasing bandwidth capacities to provides to their clients access to the Internet and other related services such as website portal and virtual hosting. This is possible as the Genesis group was awarded a concession for 15 years in Indonesia in providing a high speed internet services using Broadband over Power line technology.
The Genesis group also has vast experiences as TM vendors with world renowned electronic company such as LG Electronics Korea, installing and commissioning telecommunication equipment for creating internet and telecommunication line access services as a point-of-presence(POP) on the network serving a large geographical area. For example of such equipment the groups have commissioned for Telekom Malaysia Berhad in Malaysia are ADSL (Streamyx) and CDMA. To-date there are approximately 4,000 network element for Streamyx services commissioned throughout Malaysia that the Genesis group have commissioned.
The Genesis group creates a business that provides internet, sms and mms based services to customers over a GSM network. The ASP model offered by the group is a high-speed website portal for video conferencing streaming and video on demand tools in which the group fully owns and operates the software application(s). The Genesis group also owns, operates and maintains the servers that support the software for sms and mms features and usage which they have been awarded a concession for a master content platform with TM Net which is the W@W sms and mms services.
