Right click at a selected participant (bottom right of the screen). Features box (Picture 1.0) will appear. Select “Grant directorship”.

The video positions will switch (Picture 1.1).
A director is not a leader. He/She is allows to speak only but not controlling the whole meeting.

A leader can take back the directorship from the participant (director).Right click at the respective participant (director). Features box (Picture 1.2) will appear.
Select “Return directorship”.
