FREE & LIMITED SPEAKING |

In a conference mode meeting, all participants are allowed to speak once a meeting is opened, as shown in Picture 1.0.

Only leader can change the Free Speaking to Limited Speaking or vice versa. Limited Speaking is allowing only the leader to speak and cut- off unnecessary noise disturbance from other participants.

Click at “Free Speaking” at the bottom right of the screen (Picture 1.0). |

It will change to Limited Speaking (Picture 1.1). To change to Free Speaking again, click at “Limited Speaking” and it will appear Free Speaking, allowing all the participants to speak (Picture 1.2).
