Important Note:
Recording & Playback is a very secure feature of AG Meet. The recorded meeting contents are saved in a preset file format i.e. amf. This format cannot be converted to any other format and it can be playback with Accuplayer only.
Accuplayer is automatically stored into your computer once you login to AG Meet, where the system prompts you to install ActiveX Control. Accuplayer is plugged in.
When you transfer a recorded meeting file to another device e.g. thumb drive or CD, and playback using another computer which has never login to AG Meet before, you are not able to playback the file. This is because your computer does not have Accuplayer. So, you must login to AG Meet to install ActiveX Control. Then, you can playback the file.
This restriction is to ensure the originality of the recorded meeting contents. The meeting contents cannot be edited nor amended in whatever way. Therefore, your meeting contents are safe, secured and protected. |
