If your broadband connection bandwidth speed is lower than 256Kbps, here are some of the common problems you might encounter while using AG Meet:
• frequent disconnections
• voice breaking or delay
• video lagging
• slow downloading
• echo sound
You may try to get some solutions below:
• Log off and login the system again
• Refresh the modem – off and on it after 5 minutes
• Close all unrelated programs or applications
• Scan for virus and spywares regularly. Virus and spywares can consume network bandwidth
• If the bandwidth is still too low , You may need to contact your Internet Service Provider
