HOW TO START AG CYBER IN WINDOWS VISTA

1. Click at “Start” on the bottom left of your computer screen and go to “Control Panel”

2. Under “User Account and Family Safety”, click on "Add or remove user accounts" (Picture 1.0).

3. Click on one of the user accounts, e.g. Guest account.
   
   
4. Under the user account, click on "Go to the main User Account page" (Picture 1.1)

5. Under "Make changes to your user account", click on "Change security settings" (Picture 1.2).

6. In "Turn on User Account Control (UAC) to make your computer more secure", click to unselect "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer".

Next, click OK (Picture 1.3).

7. You will be prompted to restart your computer. Please do so (Picture 1.4).

8. After restart, login to AG GENESIS website http://www.aggenesis.com and click “AG Cyber”.
   
   
9. Then, key in your User Name and Password (Picture 1.5).

10. Windows will prompt you to install ActiveX Control (Picture 1.6).
    
    
11. Click the yellow message bar (Picture 1.6) to install.
    
    
12. Picture 1.7 will appear. Click “Install” to proceed.

13. Next, select AG MEET for web video conferencing or AG COACH for video on demand (Picture 1.8).
