Error Message “Please set the video format as IYUV, I420 or RGB”

Please make sure that you have plugged in your web cam properly. Close all programs or software that are still running on the web cam, example, messenger, web cam software and etc.

After log in the user ID and password, the browser show empty or just done without display the next page which contain AG MEET or AG COACH.

AG Cyber can access by Internet Explorer (I.E. 5.5 or above). AG Cyber does not support Mozila Firefox.

There is error message pop up at the login page. Setup terminated.

The most possibility is your computer have affected by viruses. Please format your PC and re-install your OS with firewall on. For example, windows XP service pack 1.

If you can hear howling, this means

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Volume Control. Mute the entire device except Master Volume/Volume Control and Wave. There is another reason. The voice loops from the speakers back to the microphone when you use separate microphone and separate speaker. We recommended using headset with microphone is better way for conference. Internet bandwidth also can affect the voice or video.

Talking about bandwidth. What happened if bandwidth is low?

Many problems will appear. For example, voice breaking and echo sound in conference especially if you are using wireless, 3G or etc. Connectivity break downs and video movement is slow.

Computer system slow causing difficulty in AG Cyber program.

Recommended 1GB RAM or above for OS windows XP. Try to close all programs example Skype, messenger and other software and also Google toolbar, yahoo toolbar and so on.

Does AG Cyber compatible with ISA server?
